Joint ventures, restructuring, merger

With the professionalization of the non-profit sector, increasing competition and the preservation of revenue models, we find ourselves more often providing advanced advice in relation to joint ventures (partnerships between non-profits or between non-profits and for-profits), optimization (expansion or restructuring), and mergers/demergers with existing organizations.

The non-profit world is in full development. Both the purpose and the activities that are used to reach this purpose are transforming and as a consequence, organizations are restructuring, merging, or creating subsidiaries or joint ventures with for-profit motives. In collaboration with other professionals, we supervise the whole process and bundle each other's perspectives. Whether it is about restructuring your assets such as real estate or commercial activities, joint ventures with for-profits, or mergers with similar organizations to improve your position.
