Koele Tax & Legal Perspecta has been appointed as the Expert Firm in the Netherlands by the European Social Enterprise Law Association, erected in 2015 at the initative of the London firm Bates Wells Braithewaite (www.esela.eu). ESELA’s aim is to promote a better understanding of the relationship between law and social enterprise across Europe and globally, with a view to supporting development and growth of social enterprise for public benefit.
The ESELA members across Europe are forerunner in this field, creating new solutions for social enterprises within the context of the respective (tax) laws.
