At the National Conference Family Business, Ineke spoke for a large audience on the need for future proofing of the Family Business. Where 70% of the transfers of family business to the next generation fail, there is a serious problem to address. Ineke argued that the traditional way that lawyers, tax advisers and notaries approach the issues are a part of the problem, rather than contributing to a solution, and she highlighted what is needed to combat this problem.
